Operator and scope

This notice covers the informational website and its own tools. External application services and any lender receiving an application have separate practices and disclosures. This notice does not replace a lender’s financial privacy notice or the disclosures presented with an application.

Browsing and calculators

Delivering a webpage requires the server to receive connection information, including your IP address, requested address and information sent by your browser. Hosting and network systems may record request times, browser information and errors when delivering and protecting the service. Your browser also requests the images, fonts and scripts needed to display a page.

The calculators and directory filters run in your browser. The calculator code does not submit or save your figures, create an account or make a lending decision. Avoid entering identifying information into calculator fields.

Email and telephone inquiries

You choose what to provide when contacting Zoom Cash. A message and contact details can be used to handle the inquiry and related correspondence. Email and telephone providers also process information needed to deliver the communication. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full account numbers or identity documents by ordinary email.

For an existing loan, use the lender or servicer details in your agreement. A website inquiry does not change a payment obligation or submit a dispute to a separate lender.

External application

Opening the application page loads an external form through webformsystem.com. This connects your browser to an external system before you submit application information. The information requested is determined by the fields and authorizations shown in that form.

Before entering or submitting personal information, read the form’s privacy notice, recipient information and consent language. Those disclosures must explain its recipients, uses and available choices. If the relevant notice or the recipient’s identity is unavailable, do not submit sensitive information. Calculator figures are not sent into the application by the website’s calculator code.

Any authorization for calls, text messages, credit checks, electronic signatures or information sharing must be assessed from the actual application language. Browsing a guide or using a calculator does not replace that consent.

Maps, links and browser settings

Interactive maps load only after you select “Load interactive map,” connecting your browser to Google Maps. Google explains its practices in the Google Privacy Policy. External links lead to services with their own notices.

Your browser can restrict cookies, clear site data and block external content. These settings may prevent an application or map from working. The calculator and directory code does not add advertising cookies. This statement does not cover tracking used by the external form, a map service or a link destination.

Privacy requests and records

Contact Zoom Cash using the details above to ask about information you supplied directly, request a correction or deletion, or ask which service should handle a request. Provide enough context to identify the communication without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Verification may be needed before disclosing information. Requests remain subject to applicable law and any necessary recordkeeping obligations.

For external application information, use the contact and controls in the application notice or the receiving lender’s notice. Retention periods, sharing restrictions and deletion rights for those records depend on the actual recipient and applicable requirements. This website notice does not set another organization’s retention period or opt-out process.

Security and updates

Use the HTTPS website and check the destination before providing personal information. No website or email channel can guarantee complete security. If a form or message seems suspicious, stop and verify the recipient independently.
