Application and offer review
From a loan request to a signed agreement
Organize the information you need without confusing an application, a lending decision and access to funds. Each stage answers a different question.
Before the form
Identify the business and the purpose of the request
| Check | What to establish before sharing details |
|---|---|
| Site operator | The legal name and contact in the privacy and terms notices |
| Recipients | Which companies receive application data and for what purpose |
| Lending role | Who decides, who lends, who services and who collects payments |
| Product and state | The agreement type and whether the actual provider offers it where you live |
| Consent | What the consent covers, including contact or information checks |

Information to have ready — not a promise of eligibility
Identity and contact details
A provider may request identifying and contact information. Use a verified application channel. Do not send identity documents to a telephone number or email solely because it appears in an old directory.
Income, account and payment information
Have an accurate picture of income, existing obligations and the account or payment method the provider accepts. The actual provider sets its requirements; a general checklist is not an approval standard.
Income options
Applying without a salaried job
Self-employment, temporary payments and recurring benefits can involve different income records. The actual lender decides which sources it accepts and how to verify them.

A request is not a decision, and a decision is not a deposit
- Request. You provide the information required by the identified provider.
- Review. The provider assesses the request and may need further documents. Ask what checks occur.
- Offer. Read the lender, amount, costs, due dates, security and repayment method.
- Acceptance. A signed agreement creates the stated obligations; keep a copy.
- Release and receipt. The provider releases funds using the agreed method; receipt can depend on bank or payment processing.
No timing promise is made by this sequence. Ask the provider for the actual cutoff, verification and disbursement conditions.
Before signing
Use a written-offer checklist
- Does the lender’s legal name match the verified provider?
- What net amount will you receive, and what is the amount financed?
- What are the interest rate, APR, fees and total of payments?
- What are every payment’s amount, date and frequency?
- Is there a final lump sum, collateral or automatic debit?
- What are the early-payoff, late-payment and support procedures?
Keep control of the process
Save the agreement and know where account help comes from
Keep the disclosures, signed agreement, payment schedule and receipts. For an existing account, use the lender or servicer named on that agreement rather than a generic application form. If a payment problem develops, ask about available arrangements before the due date and request written confirmation of changes.

Sources and how to read these figures
Zoom Cash product figures retain the year of their source. They do not confirm a current offer. Consumer guidance explains the general product; the written agreement determines an actual transaction.
