Loan questions
Answers to the questions that change a borrowing decision
Use the sections below to distinguish the product, the price, the review process and help for an existing account.
Product and repayment
Which agreement are you comparing?
What makes a credit line different from a personal loan?
A credit line allows draws against available credit under an account agreement. An installment loan generally starts with one borrowed sum and a payment schedule. Compare the account rules as well as the amount.
Does cash advance mean payday loan?
Sometimes, but it can also describe a credit-card advance, a credit-line draw or another arrangement. Ask what agreement applies. The payday loan page separates these labels.
Can I compare a monthly and a biweekly payment directly?
No. Check how many payments occur and when. Biweekly and twice-monthly schedules also differ. Compare the net proceeds, all payments and due dates.
Does unsecured mean no risk or no checks?
No. It concerns collateral. It does not eliminate the repayment obligation or establish the provider’s credit-check process.
Costs and eligibility
Which figures and claims need a written answer?
Is APR the same as the annual interest rate?
Not always. APR can reflect fees as well as interest. A calculator that separately includes fees should state which rate it uses. Our installment illustration uses the annual interest rate, not a fee-inclusive APR.
What if a fee is deducted before I receive money?
Compare the net proceeds with the financed balance and total repayment. The same financed amount can deliver less usable cash when a fee is deducted.
Can this site confirm bad-credit approval or a soft inquiry?
No. The actual provider determines underwriting and reporting. Ask which checks occur, when they occur and what consent is required.
Does applying guarantee a loan or same-day funds?
No. A request, review, offer, signed agreement, release and bank posting are distinct steps. Ask for the actual conditions and timing.
Business and data
How can I check the company and application route?
Which legal name should I look for?
Use the lender or servicer on the proposed agreement. Zoomcash-related records use different legal names; Company records distinguishes AIV Financial LLC, AIV Financial, Inc. and Zoom Title Loans LLC.
Are all listed addresses open branches?
Current occupancy and service access are not established for all records. The location directory labels offices, directory entries, separate entities and proposed Indiana cities.
Who receives the application data?
Read the application operator’s privacy notice and consent before sharing information. A script or form’s appearance alone does not identify every recipient or onward transfer.
Are the named people the authors or current team?
The people profiles document attributed professional references. They do not assign current appointments, article authorship or credentials.
Account help
What if I am already repaying a loan?
Who should I contact about a payment?
Use the lender or servicer on your agreement and statements. A new application page is not a verified account-support channel.
Can I get more time to repay?
Ask the lender about available repayment or hardship options before the due date. An extension and a repayment plan are different; availability and charges depend on the agreement and applicable rules.
How do I report a financial-product issue?
Keep the agreement, payment records and correspondence. The CFPB complaint portal provides an official complaint route. Submitting a complaint does not itself change a due date.
Sources and how to read these figures
Zoom Cash product figures retain the year of their source. They do not confirm a current offer. Consumer guidance explains the general product; the written agreement determines an actual transaction.
