The Virginia State Corporation Commission's 2013 annual report contains case BAN20130107 for AIV Financial LLC d/b/a Zoom Cash concerning a check-casher location at 1082 Eldon Street, Herndon, Virginia.

Indiana application record, 2015
An April 17, 2015 record published by the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions identifies AIV Financial, Inc., doing business as Zoom Cash, as a Virginia-based small-loan applicant. The record describes proposed loan locations in North Vernon and Salem, Indiana, and contains an approval block. A license number, issued-license record and the opening of the locations have not been established.

Virginia registration order, 2021
On May 14, 2021, the Virginia State Corporation Commission ordered AIV Financial LLC's check-casher registration revoked for failure to pay its 2020 annual registration fee. The order concerns that registration; it does not determine the current status of every product or jurisdiction.

The Indiana record uses Inc., while the Virginia records use LLC. Those designations are reproduced as recorded; the sources reviewed do not establish their legal relationship. These entries concern the cases and registrations identified by each source.
Brand, people and office profile
The company profile describes Zoom Cash as founded in May 2013 and lists 14100 Sullyfield Circle, Suite 250, Chantilly, Virginia. It reports 11–50 employees; this is a profile range, not a verified staff count.
Parag Shah appears in the company-profile employee list and is called Founder & Chairman in a matching directory entry; a duplicate uses CEO. Victory Payments attributes a testimonial to Robert Kohlke, Co-Founder/CEO of Zoom Cash. Current roles, individual licenses and legal ownership are not established.
Zoom Title Loans LLC: a separate record
An official indexed extract of SCC’s 2018 report lists Zoom Title Loans LLC, VTL-64, Robert H. Kohlke, and addresses at 279 W Main Street in Covington and 1131 Rio Road East, Unit A in Charlottesville. The old attachment is unavailable. It listed call-center hours Monday–Friday 9am–7pm ET and Saturday 9am–2pm ET. These are not verified branch hours or confirmation of current contactability.
A Chantilly directory gives 434-270-8915 instead of the website’s 434-270-8914. The discrepancy has not been resolved.
Product and directory distinctions
The original website supports three credit types: unsecured line of credit, installment loans and payday loans. Check cashing, money transfers, money orders and bill payments were separately linked services. Merchant Cash Advance is an uncorroborated category in a business directory; it is not treated as a confirmed Zoom Cash credit product.
