Additional financial services
Check the transaction, the charge and the receipt
Check cashing, transfers, money orders and bill payments solve different tasks. Verify the provider, the amount received or delivered, the fee and the proof of the transaction.
These four services were linked in Zoom Cash’s 2015 menu. The menu does not establish their current provider, prices or location availability.
Check cashing: compare the check amount with net cash
| Transaction detail | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Accepted check | Ask which issuer and check type the provider accepts and what identification it requires. |
| Fee calculation | Request the complete charge, including any minimum or additional charge. |
| Net amount | Subtract the complete charge from the check amount to identify the money you receive. |
| Receipt | Keep the provider’s legal name, check amount, charge and net amount. |
Virginia records identify AIV Financial LLC d/b/a Zoom Cash in check-casher documents. The May 2021 registration order concerns that specific activity. A check-cashing record does not prove permission for every loan type.
Money transfers: identify the recipient and delivery route
| Transaction detail | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Provider | Ask which company actually processes the transfer and how to reach its support. |
| Recipient details | Check the recipient name and destination before authorizing the transaction. |
| Total cost | Request the fee, any currency conversion and the amount the recipient is expected to receive. |
| Timing and correction | Ask about expected delivery, tracking and the procedure if the details are wrong. |
The linked menu does not establish a transfer-network affiliation. Do not infer a partner or destination coverage from the service label.
Money orders: keep the issuer and purchase receipt
| Transaction detail | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Issuer | Confirm whose money order you are buying and where it can be used. |
| Purchase amount | Check the face value and fee separately. |
| Payee and record | Complete the recipient information carefully and keep the purchaser’s record. |
| Lost or unused order | Ask the issuer how to trace, replace or request a refund and what charges may apply. |
The Zoom Cash menu does not establish an issuer, purchase limit or refund policy. Use the issuer’s actual terms for the transaction.
Bill payments: confirm the biller and posting time
| Transaction detail | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Account reference | Match the biller and customer/account reference with the bill. |
| Total charge | Confirm how much goes to the biller and what fee is charged separately. |
| Posting | Ask when the biller is expected to receive or credit the payment, especially near a due date. |
| Confirmation | Keep the receipt and reference number, then check the account’s payment status. |
The linked service label does not identify supported billers, cutoff times or current processing arrangements. A receipt from a payment service and posting to the biller are separate checks.

Confirm the operator and the specific service
Use the address record to identify what its sources actually establish. Ask the current business about hours, accepted documents, charges and which transaction can be completed there.

Zoom Cash product figures retain the year of their source. They do not confirm a current offer. Consumer guidance explains the general product; the written agreement determines an actual transaction.
